I have played live as a drummer in several bands (and still do) since I was a teenager.
I started DJing in the late 70's playing disco tunes for junior and senior high school dances.
We used vinyl back then. Wow, what a backache. We evolved to CD's and now mp3 files. Much easier on my back.
I use professional grade sound equipment. I have the ability to add sub woofers if you need lots of bottom. (Boom, Boom)
Most of the gigs only use a nice pair of speaker cabinets.
I have a vast selection of Rock, R&B, Country, Jazz and Blues, and Easy Lisenting.
Some gigs just want background music : wine tasting, dinner parties.
I can do it.
